Release notes for slab-3.10.1f-linux-glibc:

Release 3.01 is the official release as of 25/8/99. Fix 3.02 is in beta,
as is 3.10. Release 3.20 is likely to be an ongoing beta process to work
on a control API. Unless you are specifically working with the control API
then this release, 3.20, is unlikely to be interesting since there are no
futher features above and beyond those in 3.10.

Release Notes 3.20 (devel 2)

Introduces the control API. No other features.

Known Issues:
API no longer requires glibc 2.1, but relies on client interupting the GUI.
This implies client and GUI must be resident on same system. Use of the glibc
2.1 will support "remote mixing" - the desk on one system and the mixing
engine on another [This could also be done with 2.0, but would require a
network daemon to liase between client and GUI].

All 3.10 issues apply to 3.20 [All 3.02 and 3.10 fixes are in 3.20].

Release Notes 3.10 (beta 2)

Introduced the multiheaded audio daemon. You need to open the global device
config from the main mixSLab window, and check the "tight sync" option. See
"Known Issues" section. Requires subFragment enabled.
Introduced sample rate monitoring, check the View menu in studioSLab.

Known Issues:
FX chaining with floating point algorithms still fails.
Mastering Output has reported failures, but they should be fixed.
The multiHead daemon has been reported as failing, but works here. Your
mileage may vary. Please report problems.

Release Notes 3.02 (beta 1)
No new features, just a set of fixes to 3.01. Will maintain a window of a
couple of weeks for problem reports, then upload an official fix.
